Unless your antivirus software comes with a confirmation dialog that cannot be controlled via script you better keep Windows’ User Account Control enabled and live with the occassional nagging.

Else a simple Autohotkey keyboard script can disable your antivirus software. This animated GIF demonstration uses ESET, but similar scripts can be applied to other software as well.

I could have also closed the ESET window via script at the end, but opted to keep it open for demonstration purpose.
